We need to open some training centres for testing of a Medical Device as well as their operation, where just after a degree course in science, candidate can join and learn basics of physical, chemical and biological testing and operation as per the relevant standards. Then they will be ready to join any laboratory or hospitals for further specific testing or relevant training.
We have made remarkable progress in production but lacking much behind in having proper technicians for testing as well as operators for handling complicated devices.
Senior retired experienced persons can be hired as trainers in such institutes.
Apologies for the delayed response. Wonderful suggestion. We can suggest these to hubs which have limited manufacturing and testing facilities to offer these services. These hubs are actually technical/academic institutions and have right technical resources to offer such programs. Will convey this to the hubs. thank you
