National Board for Quality Promotion & Training and Capacity Building Cell (TCB), Quality Council of India is pleased to announce an online training program on “ISO 22316:2017 Organizational resilience” on 29th- 30th July 2021, 10:30 hrs. to 14:00 hrs. each day.
Background
Organizational resilience is the ability of the organization to absorb and adapt in a changing environment to enable it to deliver its objectives and to survive and prosper. A resilient organization can anticipate and respond to threats and opportunities arising from sudden or gradual changes in their internal and external context. Enhancing resilience can be a strategic organizational goal and is the outcome of good business practice and effective management of risks
ISO 22316:2017 covers the fundamental concepts of organizational resilience and offers guidance on how to establish and maintain an organizational resilience management initiative. The program aims to provide a better understanding of organizational resilience, its principles and the mechanisms that support it, as covered in the standard

Faculty:
Mr. Avik Mitra: He has more than 40 years of industrial experience mostly as a trainer, consultant, and an assessor. He has received several trainings abroad in manufacturing excellence, benchmarking, lean six sigma, risk management etc. He retired as a Principal Advisor, NBQP, Quality Council of India. Before joining QCI he was the head of management services division, ASSOCHAM. Currently, he is engaged in teaching, research, training and assessment activities.
